A project commissioned by Diageo for Johnnie Walker Blue Label in collaboration with Sam’s Club, available exclusively at Sam’s Club China. The limited edition Mythical Beasts gift box features four Chinese mythological creatures in 500ml bottles with a box case decorated with blue metallic. The illustration of each bottle is heavily inspired by the legends of the four mythical beasts.

Chinese mythology includes many varied myths from regional and cultural traditions. So for this project they selected four significant creatures for the collection namely Tenghuang, a fox with horns on its back or a horse-like creature; Dang Kang, a tooth boar and the harbinger of harvests; Kaiming Shou is described as having the body of a large tiger and nine human heads endowed with the power of prophecy; and Luwu, the god in charge of Kunlun Mountain, which has a human face but a tiger- like body and nine tails.
